Pricing questions
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts on the free tier with no credit card required. You get 25-minute sessions, up to 10 tasks, and the browser extension at no cost. Upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready.
What is the early access price?
Pro is currently $9/month during early access. If you subscribe now, that rate is locked in as long as your subscription stays active. The price will increase when we exit early access.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your tasks, sessions, and analytics history are always yours. If you downgrade to free, your data is preserved. On Pro you can export a full backup before downgrading.
How does billing work right now?
We are in early access. Payment integration is launching shortly. To activate Pro now, email support@dopaze.com and we will activate your account manually within 24 hours.
What is Strict Mode?
Strict Mode makes it significantly harder to abandon a session. Instead of a single click to exit, it requires multiple confirmation steps and a 20-second cooldown, helping you push through the urge to quit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free tier.
Is there a Teams or Enterprise plan?
Yes. Teams and Enterprise plans include shared workspaces, per-member analytics, SSO, and admin controls. These are available via direct sales. Email sales@dopaze.com to get set up.
